NGO Commissions water project at Adeiso

Novel Optique, a Non-Govermental Organization has commissioned a Borehole Water Project at Adeiso – Armaakrom in the Upper West Akim District of the Eastern Region.

The project, named Hassanat Challen 1 was undertaken to ease the struggles inhabitants of Armaakrom go through before getting access to portable water.

At simple commissioning ceremony held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, the representative for the France based NGO ‘Nouvel Optique’, Mohammed Bazir expressed his sincere gratitude to the NGO for completing the project within the shortest possible time after sod – cutting about three weeks ago.

Hon. Mutala Abubakar, one of the brain – children behind the project also appreciated Nouvel Optique for the project and urged for the project and urged the people or Armaakrom to make good use of the borehole so that whenever the donors come for inspection, they will be inspired to do more.

“From time to time, the donors will be here to inspect the project so I will urge all those who will use the borehole to take good care of it”. He said.

Nouvel Optique is a France originated Non – Government Organization aimed at community development.
